In 2019, a heartwarming video showing a courier in Changzhou, Jiangsu province, delivering food with his infant daughter in tow moved many people. In the video, the girl was well-behaved and smiled happily. Now she is four years old.

Li Yuanyuan started taking Li Fei'er to work when she was six months old. Li and his wife took turns taking care of Fei'er. Usually, in the mornings, Li took Fei'er along for his deliveries, and after lunch, he handed over the girl to her mother, who worked at a wet market.

At first, Fei'er used to stay inside a delivery box as her father drove around the city on his two-wheeler. Later, Li and his wife put a mattress, along with diapers and a feeding bottle, inside the delivery box.

During the delivery trips, Fei'er always had a smile on her face, which encouraged her father a lot on the busy days.

After the video went viral, people offered to help the family, but Li refused. "Thanks to everyone. Life is not always easy, but we can manage on our own, and I believe we would live a better life."

Now, Fei'er attends kindergarten, and her father no longer takes her on delivery trips. The family, which used to live in a rented house, is about to move into their new home, which they bought on loan two years ago. In another video Li posted online, Fei'er and her parents were happily running around in the unfurnished house.

"Our new apartment is not big, but it carries hope and the future for us three, which is enough for us," Li said. As the year is coming to an end, Fei'er also expressed her New Year wish: "I hope Mom and Dad can always be with me and we are never apart."
