New era in China: Wushu-loving Italian obsessed with Wing Chun

Simone Crespi from Italy is a big fan of Chinese culture, especially Chinese martial arts, and has been practicing Wing Chun for many years. Crespi says he appreciates the spirit of Wing Chun, "keep moving forward and whenever you fall down, you just have to stand up again and move forward," this is what he follows in life, he adds.

He has been travelling and working in China for over 20 years, and has lived in Chengdu for nearly six years. He appreciates the open mind of Chengdu people, and enjoys the quiet and comfortable lifestyle in the city.

Crespi believes that physical exercise is not only about building muscles, it can also help people develop the habit of exercising, keep fit, and relieve stress.
